Second course: Vibrant Middle Eastern Salad with herbs, golden raisins, pomegranate, pistachios, cucumber, baby greens
Third course: Za’atar and Sumac scented seafood skewers with lemon couscous and creamy tahini
Fourth Course: Moroccan spiced Duck breast with Persain lentils, pomegranate coulis
Dessert: Lemon Ricotta Olive Oil Cake with rose, clementine compote
