Corn & Tomato Salad, paired with our LaCrosse wine.
ACKERMAN WINERY:
Blueberry, Feta and Honey-Caramelized Flatbread Pizza paired with our Calico Red Wine. Our Calico Red Wine is made from Iowa Marquette grapes, offering notes of cherry, vanilla, and cola, complemented by a balanced acidity and a warm long-lingering finish. Comparable to Pinot Noir
Lemon Chiffon Blueberry Dessert paired with our signature Lavendar Dandelion Martini.
WHITECROSS CELLARS:
Crostini topped with Cucumber Dill spread and Shrimp paired with Chateau Blanc (a dry Sauvignon Blanc)
