Die Heimat Country Inn is a beautiful 150 year old Bed and Breakfast which has been operating continuously for more than 50 years.  It was the original stagecoach stop many years ago and retains the Amana Inspirationist simplicity of years gone by.  As of February 2011 the Inn is under new ownership and management; the new owners have already begun redecorating ...infusing new life into this National Historic treasure.

The eighteen guest rooms offer a wide range of accommodations and rates.   All have private bathrooms, TV, Wi-Fi; many have coffee makers and hair dryers.  We serve a full breakfast featuring farm fresh eggs; breads and pastries are baked fresh daily.  Our large dining room is ideal for your private party or rehearsal dinner.  Also in the planning is a meeting room to accommodate your group.
