Ackerman Winery is proud to have the distinct honor of being  the oldest operating winery in the state of Iowa. Owners Les and Linda Ackerman have worked since 1974 to carry on the family wine-making traditions launched in 1956 by parents, Harry and Louisa Ackerman. Today, on the premise, they  produce 22 varieties of fruit and grape wines. Traditional dinner wines, including Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Merlot, complement many exotic specialty wines such as Dandelion, Rhubarb, Mango and Pomegranate.  Prices for the  750 ml size bottles range from $9.95 to $11.95  Discounts are available when you buy Three, Six or Twelve. Take $1 off the price of 3  bottles, $4 off the price of 6 bottles and $12 off the price of 12 bottles. When you purchase a case of 12, you also get a FREE WINE GLASS!  Most wines  also come in 375 ml  split bottles, which are priced at $6.99 each or a triple pack for $18.95.

From California to New York state, Ackerman Wines are entered yearly in several prestigious National and International Wine Competitions, where they regularly earn top honors and gold medals.  They invite you to visit the tasting bar, where complimentary samples are offered daily.
